90 Day Fiancé: Season 11 Couples

The 11th season of 90 Day Fiancé kicked off on Sunday, February 16, 2025, and let us tell you: It’s not a season you want to miss. Featuring a mix of familiar faces and new couples — including the first ever throuple to appear on the show — this season is certainly delivering the drama fans of the show expect.

Meet the season 11 couples here, and make sure to watch new episodes live on TLC every Sunday at 8 p.m. ET:

Gregory (New York) and Joan (Uganda)

Greg, a Long Islander still living with his mom, certainly isn’t the only 90 Day contestant still living at home, but if he wants things to work with Joan, a successful NGO director from Uganda, he may have to change that. When Joan arrives in the US, she’s faced with Greg’s lack of stability—and gives him a choice: grow up and get a job, or she’s out.

Mark (New Hampshire) and Mina (France)

Mark, a 59-year-old pilot from rural New Hampshire, and Mina, a 34-year-old Parisian model, experienced a whirlwind romance, leading to the birth of their two-year old child. As Mina adjusts to life in America without her 9-year-old son and faces suspicion from Mark’s daughter, she’s left wondering if her future truly lies in the U.S. or back home in France.

    Stevi (Mississippi) and Mahdi (Iran)

Stevi and Mahdi’s relationship began as online teacher and student but quickly became more. And after just one week together in person, they’re racing against the 90-day clock to marry in Mississippi. With Mahdi torn between love and loyalty to his Iranian roots—and secrets from Stevi’s past surfacing—the couple faces emotional and cultural hurdles that could break them before they say, “I do.”

Throuple: Matt and Amani (California) and Any (Mexico)

The series’ very-first throuple starts with Amani and Matt, who after 10 years of marriage have embraced a polyamorous lifestyle to strengthen their bond. They have both fallen in love with Any, a single mom and exotic dancer from Tijuana. As the trio plans to bring Any to the U.S. on a K-1 visa, Amani and Matt must consider divorcing so one can legally marry her, testing the depth of their unconventional commitment.

Returning: Shekinah (California) and Sarper (Turkey)

After moving to Turkey for love on The Other Way, Shekinah and Sarper are giving it another shot—this time in Los Angeles. But Sarper’s fresh start in the U.S. is rocky, as he must win over Shekinah’s skeptical family and prove he’s left his wild past behind. With trust issues resurfacing and ghosts from Sarper’s ex-flings creeping in, Shekinah must decide if she’s building a future or simply repeating the past.

Returning: Shawn (California) and Alliya (Brazil)

No longer in paradise, Shawn and Alliya return after their time on Love in Paradise to navigate love and other major changes in Los Angeles. With a 30-year age gap, a hidden relationship and Alliya’s evolving gender journey, Shawn must confront his fears and decide if he can fully embrace the woman Alliya is becoming before they walk down the aisle.

Returning: Jessica (Wyoming) and Juan (Colombia)

Jessica and Juan return after Love in Paradise and reunite in small-town Wyoming to raise their baby and blend their family. But as Juan trades in his cruise ship lifestyle for full-time fatherhood, it forces both of them to question if love alone is enough to make this new chapter work.
